Refund policy

At The Farm Heritage, we are committed to delivering premium-quality spices and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since our products are food items, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • The package was tampered with before delivery.

If your order falls into any of the above categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Refunds

Refunds will only be approved after our team verifies the issue.

Once approved, you may choose either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement product.
  • Store credit (if applicable).

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
